MES Green Campus:
MES is committed to creating a sustainable community and has been designed with "Future Friendly" in mind.
MES Loft “LEEDing” by example:
In concert with green initiatives, MES is pleased to showcase Coverings ETC as a tenant in the Loft, a newly renovated space and a LEED-CI registered project with the US Green Build Council for commercial interiors. The project incorporated reuse, reclaim and recycle mandates during the restoration and renovation process. New design elements include skylights and large format window walls to flood the space with interior day lighting. On-site recycling as well as recycled content materials, energy efficient lighting, drought tolerant landscaping, and French drains for waste water management, are just some of the green-build measures carefully orchestrated to comply with LEED criteria and “Future Friendly” forward thinking best practices. Sustainability has been imbedded into the patter language of the campus build out guidelines.
MES Environment:
Believing that the best creative results are born of a cross disciplinary integrated environment, Coverings ETC hosts educational events in their new corporate showroom at the MES Loft. The awareness of an underlying unity of “green thinking” helps to bring like minds together, to educate, engage and elevate, as well as to exhibit, entertain, and ultimately, to help make a difference.
