MES is a unique and production-friendly venue for creative ideas, events and productions. The MES campus offers a variety of settings and venues for a wide range of uses including; weddings, photo shoots, community events, corporate training, private receptions, product roll-outs, TV & film production and more. We can accommodate events and productions for 10 to 1,000+ attendees and have ample parking. MES is centrally located in Miami’s historical MiMo District, just minutes from downtown and Miami Beach.
The Loft at MES is open and spacious with over 6,500 sq. feet of contemporary finishes, high-end designer bar / reception stations, a floating glass staircase leading to a mezzanine complete with pedestrian bridge, sunset viewing balcony and more. The modern design and unique layout of The Loft space makes it truly exceptional.
MES is abundant with office and warehouse spaces ranging from 1,000 to 10,000sf. These oversized spaces are ideal for the “big” stuff that requires extensive build out to accommodate creative ideas with room to grow. For short or long term leasing, the MES spaces can be configured to fit your needs.
Miami Art Space (MAS) is an off-campus venue located just 10 minutes SW of MES. MAS is a contemporary multi-use event and art space in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, right off I-95. MAS is a private, walled compound featuring two exhibition buildings with double courtyards surrounded by bamboo gardens. Functions at MAS have included art exhibits, car launches, movie screenings and private parties.
